Mental illnesses, along with complex thoughts and memories, emotional disorders and a wide variety of new feelings and emotions in general, can sometimes look too much like something that is very small or, on the contrary, something that is overwhelming and terrifying to explore in depth. This process of self-exploration and self-understanding can also be quite confusing and difficult to navigate without proper guidance and support. Our therapy sessions are designed to be a safe and judgment-free area, a space where we can embrace and reflexively explore the unique and significant moments you have experienced throughout your life. Stress, intense emotions, complex feelings and daily thoughts that our varied experiences leave within us are valid and significant causes that deserve a deeper exploration and understanding.

… Together We Will
-
Reflect
Reflection allows you to listen and gradually understand your feelings, emotions and thoughts. Reflecting on these aspects will offer clarity and facilitate further exploration.
This exploration can be disconcerting, frightening and enlightening, so it must be undertaken at an emotionally appropriate pace and must be accompanied by a broad orientation.
With Reflection, you gain new knowledge about how these challenges have negatively affected your physical and emotional well-being. Sometimes, these disorders can manifest as physical symptoms.
This knowledge leads us to discover tools and techniques to regulate and process your most pressing mental and emotional alterations.
-
Renew
To renew is to restore. Restoring is finding those parts of yourself that you once thought were broken forever and starting to put the pieces together again.
To renew is to see every part of ourselves as part of ourselves and to understand how they interact within us.
Renewing is a continuous process to rediscover yourself while embracing everything you are.
-
Nourish
During the process of Reflection and Renewal, you will gain an understanding of how your emotions, feelings and thoughts influence you.
This knowledge will allow you to learn and practice effective techniques to regulate and process past, present, positive and negative emotions.
In addition, you will develop the skills not only to help you overcome new challenges, but also to continuously improve your coping mechanisms to manage daily stress effectively.
